Brad Paisley
Country Nation World Tour Presented by Kraft
with special guest Brett Kissel

Country music superstar Brad Paisley has announced his 2014 tour and association with tour sponsor, KRAFT Cheese & Dairy brands.  Country Nation World Tour presented by KRAFT Cheese kicked off in Philadelphia, PA on May 16 and will travel to over 40 cities in the United States and Canada during the summer months. Mosaic Place is pleased to announce Moose Jaw will be one of those dates, hosting the tour on October 11th, 2014.

Fans can watch humorous Brad and Kraft co-created videos that show what he would do “For the Love of Cheese” at www.fortheloveofcheese.com.   There, they can enter the national sweepstakes for a chance to win a lifetime supply of cheese and a VIP Brad Paisley concert experience, find Paisley’s cheesy recipe favorites, and more.

Paisley is partnering with Tickets-for-Charity to offer fans some of the best seats in the house to benefit St. Jude Target House. Tickets are available exclusively at www.ticketsforcharity.com

Paisleyis a critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, guitarist and entertainer, which has earned him numerous awards including three GRAMMYs, 14 Academy of Country Music Awards, 14 Country Music Association Awards, as well as three awards from ASCAP as Country Music Songwriter/Artist of the Year. He is also a proud member of the Grand Ole Opry, having been inducted in 2001.  Since his first #1 single in 1999, Paisley placed 22 singles at the top of the charts.  His current single, “River Bank,” scored a career-high opening week for radio and is from his forthcoming August 26 album release. Visit www.bradpaisley.com for more information.

Opening for Brad Paisley is Brett Kissel is a 23-year-old singer/songwriter who has released two independent albums, sold out countless shows, and earned two Canadian Country Music Association Award nominations, becoming its youngest nominee ever. He was primed for his major label debut album through Warner Music Canada, Started With A Song, released late last year.

Even before the album’s release, Kissel had already made radio history. With more than 93% of Canadian Country stations adding the first single “Started With A Song,” the track eclipsed the record for most adds at Canadian Country radio in one week, a record previously held by Taylor Swift. Since the album’s release, Kissel has become the talk of Canadian country music. He has seen the video for the debut single reach No. 1 at CMT,  has scored three top 10 radio hits, and headlined a cross-Canada tour. To top it all off, Brett won his first Juno Award – becoming the first country artist to be awarded with Breakthrough Artist of the Year in 17 years

Tickets for the October 11th performance at Mosaic Place start at $89.00 plus taxes and fees and may be purchased online Friday, June 6th, 10am at www.mosaicplace.ca,  by phone at  (306) 624-2050 or in person at the Mosaic Place Box Office.

John Fogerty

Legendary musician John Fogerty has announced his upcoming coast-to-coast Canadian tour kicking off in St. John’s, Newfoundland on November 8. For the first time, this tour celebrates 1969 – the extraordinary year in which Fogerty wrote and produced THREE seminal albums with Creedence Clearwater Revival: BAYOU COUNTRY, GREEN RIVER, and WILLY AND THE POOR BOYS. Beginning with PROUD MARY, which quickly established him as an elite singer/songwriter, he wrote and produced an enormous volume of treasured recordings in a small amount of time that propelled Creedence Clearwater Revival to become the number one group in the world. The legacy of 1969 lives on with BORN ON THE BAYOU, GREEN RIVER, BAD MOON RISING, DOWN ON THE CORNER, and capped off with a song for the ages, FORTUNATE SON. All of this musical output occurred while the world’s cultural and political landscape was in upheaval. 1969 was an extraordinary time. The show will be centered around this year, but also include his complete catalog of hits. Tickets will go on sale beginning Friday, May 23.
